I’m a Team Principal at Compass with more than a decade of experience in residential real estate, investment, and development. Having partnered on more than three dozen rehabilitation and new-construction projects, I bring a practical understanding of how properties are acquired, improved, positioned, and sold.
That development experience shapes how I represent buyers and sellers. Location, layout, construction quality, and the dynamics of individual neighborhoods all influence a property’s value. My work connects those details to the decisions that matter—from identifying the right opportunity to establishing a pricing strategy and negotiating terms.
My practice spans primary residences, long-term investment properties, and portfolio sales. I also work extensively with physicians and relocation clients, helping them navigate unfamiliar markets and coordinate significant decisions alongside demanding professional schedules. Across these relationships, my approach is grounded in thorough preparation, market research, and direct communication.

I bring both considerations to the conversation, offering candid advice and a clear assessment of the opportunities and tradeoffs. My listings have sold at a median 99% of asking price in a median 39 days on market. I built and sold the East Nashville home featured on HGTV’s Flip or Flop Nashville, listed the renovated 1940s home on Newman Avenue that Dwell featured, and have partnered on more than three dozen renovation and new-construction projects — so when I tell you what a renovation costs and what it is worth at resale, it comes from projects, not a spreadsheet.
