The coordination, in a client’s words

“From photos to staging to moving out, Matt had contacts across the full range of services I needed to close my sale.”

How it works

A clear next step, then a plan

  1. Talk through your placement

We’ll discuss your hospital, start date, housing priorities, and whether you’re buying, selling, or both.

  2. Build the search around you

We’ll narrow the areas, connect with lenders, and plan remote tours or a visit.

  3. Coordinate the transition

I handle negotiations and coordinate deadlines with the professionals and agents involved.

Questions about your physician move

Can we buy before my new position starts?
We can start with your hospital offer letter and a conversation with a lender experienced in physician employment arrangements. The lender will confirm eligibility, any additional documents, and the timing available to you.
Can you help with hospital proximity requirements?
Yes. Share the requirements from your hospital or program. We’ll use them, along with traffic patterns and your expected schedule, to narrow the areas we consider.
What if I can’t visit Nashville before the move?
We can do video walkthroughs and plan much of the search remotely. If you can visit, I can group tours into a focused day. We’ll coordinate the other steps with your lender, inspector, and closing team.
Can you help me sell and buy in different cities?
Yes. I can coordinate your Nashville sale or purchase with your agent in the other city, or help you find an agent through my network. Together we’ll work through timing, preparation, and the handoff.

Working together

A new hospital. A home that fits your life.

A conversation, a neighborhood walk, a plan that starts with you.

Your start date is set, and you may still be hundreds of miles away. We start with the hospital, your schedule, and what you want life outside work to feel like. I walk homes on video, help you make the most of a visit, and stay in touch with the people handling the purchase and your move.

Know the route

Traffic, shifts, and program requirements shape where we look—not just miles on a map.

Make the visit count

Video walkthroughs first. A focused day of the homes you most want to see.

Your offer letter

Physician-experienced lenders review your offer letter and confirm the financing options and timing.

Connect both cities

I work with your other agent to connect the sale, purchase, and handoff.
